We ship our orders through UPS and/or USPS
Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned in 30 days from the date of purchase and requires a Return authorization from us.
Return Conditions & Procedure
RMA number must be obtained before any return
To obtain a return authorization please contact us with the following information:
Serial Number found on the back of the amplifier unit
Name and Order ID
Reason For Return
Want Store Credit or Refund
Once we send you the RMA, ship the items in the original box shipped with and in the same condition it was sent. Re-send the items with the original receipt, installation manual and a shipment method with tracking
The shipping cost must be pre-paid and please make sure to box the items properly for proper delivery
The credit will be made based on the amount that was paid or the current price of the particular item, the lowest among two
We charge a 15% restocking/handling fee on all returns due to handling fee, which covers our reasonable re-stocking and administrative costs.
Items damaged beyond normal wear can not be returned
