Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned in 30 days from the date of purchase and requires a Return authorization from us. To obtain a return authorization please contact us

Return Conditions

  • RMA number must be obtained before any return
  • The items must be in the original box shipped with and in the same condition it was sent. Re-send the items with the original receipt and installation manual
  • The shipping cost must be pre-paid and please make sure to box the items properly for proper delivery
  • The credit will be made based on the amount that was paid or the current price of the particular item, the lowest among two
  • We charge a 15% restocking/handling fee on all returns due to handling fee, which covers our reasonable re-stocking and administrative costs.
  • Items damaged beyond normal wear can not be returned
