This booster system works on the same principle of other high powered systems with an outdoor antenna that seeks signal from cell phone tower and in turn sends that signal to the 4G LTE amplifier that amplifies both 4G data signal and 3G voice signal. The amplified signal is sent to the indoor desktop antenna to broadcast it wireless through out the building.

The first booster I have brought and it was an okay product though not excellent in my point of view. I have ordered a new one this spring for using it in my cabin. We done a series of power test and located it in the best spot as per the directions guided and I could see a rise in the bars from one to 3 and 4 bars. The second purchase worked better than I hoped.

As long as there is a strong signal near the window in the outdoor, the product proves its best. Basically, all boosters can only boost signal that already exists. If you don’t get signal in a window where you can put the antenna, this may not be for you. The window antenna isn’t weatherproof, so you can’t put it outside.

We live in the suburbs of Boulder and our indoor reception was virtually non existent. I lived with this for 2 years not know how to deal with it. Called Verizon several times the they were not going to install another cell phone tower, just to make me happy. Went online , and after some research brought this product and my husband installed it. waa laa we have 4 bars inside all the time! I cant believe how easy a fix it was and regretted why I did not work on finding this solution 2 years ago.
